Week 5 and I am not giving up!

Here I am onto week five.  I had a whole weekend of cheating meals and realized even when I was losing weight slowly on the BFC probably due to my thyroid issue I felt better then I do when I ate the carb filled/sugar filled foods.  Yea it was nice to have that junk food in the process of eating it, but after wards I was sorry I ate it.  I had stomach pains and just felt totally guilty I was giving in to my diet plan.  I am going to try to stick to the BFC and maybe mix it in with the South Beach and try to jump start the diet with extremely low carbs the first two weeks to eliminate my cravings again.  Good luck to everyone still staying strong on their diet.  I am proud of those who have stuck to it.  I know I can too, I just got discouraged for a while but with all of your kinds words in response to my last blog post, I feel like I should give it another attempt.

I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!!
I AM NOT GIVING UP!!
I WILL ACHIEVE MY GOAL TO BE A SLIMMER, HAPPIER, HEALTHY WOMAN!!

  1. YAY!!! I'm so glad you're not going to give up! SEE yourself the size you need to be and LIVE as if you are already that size! For me, that means I will be continuing to eat the BFC plan just as I am doing now. Not picking up more sugars, limiting my carbs and making sure those carbs are full of fiber. Exercising more and frankly just Enjoying Life more! You Go Girl! WE CAN DO IT!!! Together!

  2. Thanks girl! :) I will keep that idea in mind and live like im at my goal weight and start exercising along with eating right and hopefully I will see the weight start melting off. :) I have these DVDs I ordered long time ago on some infomercial called Hip Hop Abs and a dancing workout, maybe I will try these a couple times a week and see some progress. :) Keep going strong "No Sugar Just Spice" We are in it to win it!!!

  3. Good for you! You really can do this. Just don't make it an all or nothing type of thing. If you keep pushing forward, despite the falls, you will strengthen the new habits along the way which will make it feel more natural and much easier as time passes. Just don't give up on yourself! You're the only one that is truly there for yourself when it comes to making a healthy lifestyle change for yourself. Others can encourage you, give tips, etc., but ultimately you're the one who has to do the "leg work" and make the choice to do this for yourself. Nobody else can MAKE you do this. In the end, it really is up to you. We're here to encourage you to continue to make that choice though. :) Hang in there!

  4. I am glad you are sticking with it. But I have to agree with Minichick. Dont make it all or nothing. I have told you that I suffer from thyroid disease too and the weight is much slower then most people. I have tried countless diets, starving myself thinking this is the only way I am gonna lose. But those did not work either. With this plan you do feel better and you are doing it for a healthier you! The weight will come off and inches to. WE can do this!
