Well so far week 4 isn't going so well :(
Not sure what is wrong, but I have been eating healthy. I don't even eat the total amount of carbs and most times I believe I am eating the right good high fiber carbs and nothing is happening to my weight so far this week. :( I am very sad and discouraged. I don't know if I should try South Beach or Atkins just for something different for a while and then come back to BFC or what. I have had a total stall and I should not be having one. Right now I am at 208 and still have lots of weight to lose before I reach my goal of 140. It should come off cause I have hardly cheated at all. Just last Sunday but Monday started a new week and I have been eating healthy since then. Maybe its because things don't pass through me correctly. I don't really know. Sorry for the venting, but I just needed to whine to someone.
