Week 10 (Day One) WEIGH IN DAY =)

Well let me first start with the great news!!  I am down to 200.4   I lost 4 lbs. this past week!! yay!!!!

- 4 lbs.!!!

I am so excited because in a few more ounces which I might have lost today and I will be in onederland!  wahoo!!  Things have be moving better now and that is with the aid of super seed which I use occasionally and a new product I have been using because I had so many issues with getting backed up.  (sorry TMI)  Well the product is called Super Cleanse.  Its very mild...no pains or no crazy run to the bathroom moments.  It just helps move thing along and get you more regular.  You start taking one in the morning and one at night and increase up to three morning and night until you reach regular movements.  If one in the morning and one at night works for you that is all you need.  Then you just follow this for 30 days and stop.  It just cleanse your system and I have heard nothing but good reviews.  I got it from the vitamin shoppe. 

200 caps for $10.07  I have been using for about 3 days now and two pills in the am and then in the pm really help.

Well just thought I would share the info with you all if anyone has these issues.  They may wanna try.  
What I ate:  (Monday)
Breakfast:  McDonalds Egg Sausage McMuffin

Lunch:  Spinach salad with bacon bits, fat free cheese, approved dressing, mushrooms, and sunflower seeds plus I had wheat thins toasted crackers garden veggie flavor (12 crackers) 

Dinner:  Well this is going to sound bad, but I didn't eat anything....me and my hubby had a couple beers and talked the night away in our backyard because the weather has been so beautiful.  Then by the time I looked at the time, I was like omg its 10:30 haha we didn't eat.  We just snacked on tortilla chips and a little white cheese while we were talking.  I didn't eat many of those because I knew they had lots of carbs and well I know Coors Light does too, but only 5 g carbs and well I don't think one night will hurt.  I don't drink hardly ever so it didn't take much for me and I was really feeling like I just stepped off a boat when I woke up this morning.  Lol!! I gotta remember not to do that during a work week next time. ;)

  1. HI Lindsay, That is so awesome about the 4lbs. I am so proud of you and I knew you could do it if you just kept trying. I might give that cleanse a try, sounds like a good idea.
    And don't worry about the couple of beers, like you said you hardly ever do that. As long as you had fun.

  2. Thank you, I owe a lot of it to you. You helped encourage me so much with your phone calls and your blog. The cleanse I think will really help get out any of that extra stuff hiding around in our bodies. I am going to try for the 30 days because so far so good.

  4. WHOO HOO!!! I am so happy for you!!! Your good news made my day, how much weight have you lost now? I am guessing 20+ lbs. Man you must feel so good. You Rock!!1

    And like Rosalie said don't worry about a couple of beers and no dinner I bet it was really nice just to chill with your hubby.

Yea I was soooooo excited to see the lose too, it was sorta unexpected, because I have only been losing like 1.5 to 2 lbs. per week lately so I thought that was all that was going to happen, but nope the weight loss just jumped down. yay!! So far I have lose 22 lbs. I have 60 more to go to be at my most desired weight.

    Thank you girls for all the support and motivation!! Means the world to me. :)
