Good Info!

Check out the http://www.meandjorge.com/ blog for yesterdays post.  Some great info on the BFC Fast Track.  Wow, I was reading about the new diet book coming out and it definitely looks like something I would like to try.  It sounds pretty tough thought to eliminate all those things, but if it means losing weight fast im totally for it.  I know its not healthy to lose too fast, but the more initial weight I see I lose the more motivated I become to keep going.  Anyways just wanted to share that info in case anyone wasn't aware of that blog.


  1. I looked into that too, although I can't imagine having NO grains for 7 days. It would be way too hard for me and I'd fall off the bandwagon. But it does seem like a great jump-start to weight loss if you have the motivation to stick with it. Go for it!! :)

  2. I am going to try to get through this week on the regular BFC without cheating and then I may try this eventually just for a week to see how it does. :)

  3. I've read about grain free diets in the past. Although I understand the idea behind it, I know it's not something I would want to do for life. To each his own though. I'm sure some people would feel fantastic on this diet, which would be motivation enough to keep them eating that way for life. As Jaimie said though, I'm sure it would be a great jump start, or even an occasional addition to your diet to mix things up for a week, or so.
