Have a safe New Year!

Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year!! Can't believe its another year past.  Times flies.  I am sure everyone will be starting New Year's resolutions or working on current ones from last year.

My New Year's 2011 Resolution is to lose this weight once and for all because after looking at my family's Christmas photos, we all decided we looked awful.  I don't even want to share my photos on my facebook or print for my photo album.  They pretty much discuss me on how fat I have become.  So I think I have made myself want it enough finally to do it with no ifs, ands, or buts about it!!! Wish me luck as I will wish all of you the same good luck to be strong willed to stick to it.

Have a Happy and Safe New Year's 2011!!

Talk to you all next year. ;)

  4. I wish you luck! Make little changes everyday, and like the tortoise you will out run the hare this New Year! Ban sodas, candy, pastries, desserts, ice cream. Drink herbal tea =a lot, use Xylitol if you do bake desserts, get use to reading the backs of every label, before putting it in your shopping cart. Just these subtle changes will take the weight off, and in one year you will like what you see in your family photo's, and the rest of your gang will follow. Here's to a Healthy, Happy, Weight loss NEW YEAR!

All such motivational comments and I appreciate it so much, so far this year I haven't done that bad so I am trying to stick strong with it this time, so next year I do like what I see at family holiday photos. :) I am wearing my shape ups today and am planning a walk with the dogs when I get home. :)
