Well today was my weigh in day and it was super successful!! =)
8 lbs. LOSE !!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOO!!
I started out at 222.6 last Monday and this morning I weighed in at 214.4
All I can say is I am super excited. I know every week won't be like this, but I am excited for the first initial jump start to success. This week my goal is more veggies at dinner though. I haven't been eating enough green veggies each night and I think it has cause a digestive problem with just eating meats, cheeses, and a couple carbs here and there, but hey I still lost. I am very surprised I lost that much though. I did use the same scale both times so guess its true. =)

Holy cow! 8 lbs.? Are you doing the fast track version of the diet? I can't remember if you said you were, or not. Can you have fruit on the fast track diet? If fruit is part of the program, I wouldn't mind giving it a try to give myself a jump start as well to help mix things up, but I don't want to do an Atkins style diet where the carbs are crazy low.

ReplyDelete@Minichick--yea I was very surprised too, but it might be because I have soooo much extra fat on my body that I lost that much right away. Jorge Cruise had his fast track book up for review once and I did jot some things down, which I would be happy to share with you. I don't know how I came across the pdf of his book review, but just went to his webpage and it was right there for everyone to see. Just let me know and I be glad to email you. I am just doing to regular belly fat cure basically. I sorta try to keep the grains at a low (which I guess would be more similar to the fast track) but I certainly don't eliminate grains all together. I would miss bread a little too much I think. On the fast track, your not suppose to have any more fruit then the regular. Your still suppose to keep it limited because all the natural sugars is what I read. On the fast track most of your carbs come from all the green veggies. So it is pretty low carb, but not identical to Atkins. I will go ahead and email you tomorrow some info when I get to my office, that is where its saved.
